Job Title: Quality Supervisor

Department: Production
Reports To: Quality Manager

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality control team and ensuring that all quality standards are consistently applied throughout all stages of production. This role involves monitoring team performance, providing training and guidance, addressing product quality issues, and working to improve production processes to ensure customer satisfaction and protect the brand's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of Quality Team:

• Assign daily tasks to the quality team (inspection, follow-ups, reporting).
• Monitor team members performance and provide direction to ensure quality compliance.
• Support and train team members to enhance their efficiency and output.

2. Product Quality Control:

• Ensure that products are inspected at all production stages (sewing printing finishing packing).
• Review inspection results and make decisions on product approval or rejection.
• Track defective products and identify the root cause of issues.

3. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on quality status and defects discovered.
• Document recurring problems and propose permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to reduce rejections and enhance quality.

4. Process and Quality Standards Improvement:

• Contribute to the development of quality policies and procedures.
• Ensure workers adhere to health and safety protocols during quality inspection.

5. Communication and Coordination:

• Coordinate closely with the production department to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Provide reports and recommendations to senior management when needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control (preferably in textiles or apparel).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and decision-making ability.
• Solid knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
