Job Description

Autoliv's primary goal is to Save More Lives. Our products never get a second chance. This is why we can never compromise on quality. We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Quality Supervisor

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

  • Leading, managing and development teams of Quality Engineers and Supplier Quality Engineers

  • Supporting production in identifying and resolving quality and process-related issues

  • Represent the company during customer and certification audits

  • Managing and overseeing customer and internal complaint procedures acc. to problem solving methodology

  • Defining, implementing, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions

  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, KPIs

  • Cooperating with customers and suppliers in the event of quality issues

  • Ensuring effective communication and alignment across departments on quality matters

  • Ensure compliance with Automotive industry standards

If you have/are:

•Higher education – preferably technical

•Minimum 5 years of experience in quality or process/eng. department – preferably automotive industry

•Experience in a process department is a plus

•Experience in customer relations and customer audits

•Fluent in English

•Proficiency in quality management software, tools and systems (e.g., IATF, PPAP, 8D, Six Sigma)

•Category B driving license and willingness to travel for business

•High personal culture

•Team-building skills, leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop employees

•Capability to consider quality topics within a broader company management context

•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

•High level of stress resilience and ability to work under pressure

•Working closely and communicating with other departments – Production, R&D, Sales, Logistics, Maintenance, industrial Eng. etc.

•Self-driven person who likes independence and taking responsibility
