As a Quality Superintendent, you will lead the Quality organization supporting manufacturing operations, driving quality excellence, operational performance, and continuous improvement across the business.
This role requires a strong presence on the manufacturing floor, where you will partner closely with Production, Engineering, Operations, and global Quality teams to solve complex challenges, improve productivity, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Quality Engineers while driving measurable improvements in quality, yield, throughput, and overall manufacturing performance.
Experience with optical fiber, fiber optic cables, cable assemblies, or related manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
