You will be part of team responsible for warehouse operations in terms of service, costs, health and safety, quality, food safety, sustainability, and compliance with legal requirements and company policies. You will collaborate with internal and external colleagues (third-party logistics providers) and business partners to ensure effective management, timely resolutions, and flawless execution. You will be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interface monitoring, tracking, complaint management, incoming truck verification, delivery and invoicing error management, compliance activities (health, safety, quality, risk management), third-party supplier performance management, and pallet management. You will deal with returns, customer dispute management, warehouse process control, and the careful management of our products in our warehouses, through regular visits.

How You'll Contribute

You will:

  • Review and analyze inventory errors and ensure accurate inventory alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system, based on information available from stakeholders. Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance, and KPI monitoring, introducing corrective measures if KPIs are not met.
  • Collaborate with our service providers to ensure on-time and complete delivery to our business partners, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelines.
  • Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure shelf life monitoring and management, continuously seek opportunities to improve productivity.
  • Perform project-related and ad hoc activities, particularly in relation to continuous improvement projects, tenders, and peak management.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive analyses to forecast risks and opportunities.

What you'll bring:

  • A desire to shape your future and initiate your career working in a demanding environment. You will bring following experience and knowledge:
  • Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
  • Power BI.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Experience in logistics operations, procurement, or general supply chain functions (preferred).
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP R3.
  • Digitalization and automation.
