Job Description

Aufgabenbereich:

• Stellvertretende Leitung der Qualitätsabteilung und aktive Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft
• Sicherstellung der korrekten Anwendung der AMP‑E Qualitätssicherungs-Tools
• Umsetzung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätsprozesse auf Werksebene inkl. Verwaltung relevanter Vorgabedokumente
• Analyse, Bewertung und Aufbereitung von Qualitätskennzahlen und -daten
• Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätsoptimierung im Rahmen des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses
• Planung und Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Food-Safety-Audits in der Produktion sowie bei externen Lieferanten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen im Werk, zentralen Funktionen und Schwesterwerken – insbesondere zu Themen des integrierten Managementsystems, Audits und Qualität
• Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen inkl. Kommunikation mit der zentralen Qualitätsabteilung, Sales, CTS und Kunden
• Erstellung, Verfolgung und Kommunikation von Lieferantenreklamationen
• Mitwirkung bei Materialqualifikationen
• Unterstützung bei der Kontrolle der Druckqualität in der Produktion

Anforderungen:

• Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Serviceorientierung
• Belastbarkeit, Stressresistenz und Teamfähigkeit

Qualifikation:

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel
• Gute Statistikkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Statistik-Tools (z. B. Minitab)
• Erfahrung im Bereich Drucktechnik von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
