The Role
As a Quality Specialist with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
Purpose of the Role
Performs comprehensive quality analysis across region by evaluating performance metrics, trends, and compliance with quality standards. Translates data into actionable insights through structured reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to support continuous improvement, operational excellence, and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Analysis & Insights
Conduct detailed analysis of quality metrics, performance indicators, and trends across projects and regional/global level.
Identify patterns, gaps, and improvement opportunities, translating them into actionable insights for leadership.
Leverage digital tools and analytics (including AI where relevant) to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and predictive insights.
Reporting & Dashboards
Prepare periodical Quality Reports highlighting key trends, performance against targets, root cause insights, and recommended actions.
Develop Quality reports and dashboards for business reviews summarizing quality performance, strategic insights, improvement initiatives, and risks/opportunities.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and standardization of reporting formats across regions and functions.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with business leaders, quality teams, and functional stakeholders to gather inputs and validate insights.
Present quality analysis and reports to stakeholders, including leadership forums and governance committees.
Facilitate discussions to drive understanding of quality performance and improvement actions.
Quality Framework & Continuous Improvement
Support the development and refinement of quality KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
Ensure alignment of quality reporting with organizational standards, governance frameworks, and strategic priorities.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes through automation and digital solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in quality management and reporting.
Data Governance & Integrity
Ensure quality, accuracy, and integrity of data used in reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with data owners to address gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues.
Maintain documentation of reporting methodologies and definitions.
KPIs
Timeliness and accuracy of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Stakeholder satisfaction and usability of reports and insights.
Improvement in quality performance metrics driven by insights.
Adoption of standardized reporting frameworks.
Efficiency gains through automation and digital tools.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
Essential experience / qualifications / training
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, etc.)
Ability to convert data into meaningful insights and executive-level presentations
Desirable qualifications/ training
