Our Solar business delivers industry leading, U.S.-made solar components. We manufacture hyper-pure polysilicon, high-quality solar wafers, and innovative photovoltaic modules, leveraging our leadership in advanced manufacturing to serve growing energy demand. You will be a part of advancing critical U.S. supply chains and delivering unmatched quality and reliability to customers.

Role Purpose

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of outgoing material and supporting Customer relationships. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects while staying updated on industry standards and best practices to enhance quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor non-standard processes to identify and address deviations or non-conformities.
    • Assist with Customer audits and data requests.
    • Investigate customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to determine root causes and corrective actions.
    • Track and report on the implementation of improvement measures to prevent reoccurrence.
    • Assist with internal and external quality audits, including ISO9001 and customer-specific certifications.
    • Ensure all processes meet the required standards and prepare for customer factory inspections.
    • Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
    • Maintain accurate quality records, including inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective action plans.
    • Update and revise quality documentation as needed to reflect process or product changes.
    • Provide quality training for production teams to improve awareness and adherence to quality standards.

Experience/Education:

    • Diploma or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in solar or electronics manufacturing.
    • Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and MSA.
    • Familiarity with ISO9001 and photovoltaic manufacturing standards.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MES software.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Experiences/Education – Desired

    • Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.

The range for this position is $48,530.00 - $66,729.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
