YOUR TASKS
Key
requirements:
Strong
experience in PPAP, FMEA, and New Product Development (NPD)
Quality
Documentation (QD) and customer quality requirements
Statistical
Process Control (SPC)
Hardware
and mechanical requirements
Hands-on
experience with mechanical products
Basic
knowledge of technical risk analysis tools and methods, including FMEA,
VIRAS, Brainstorming, DoE, FTA, FMEDA, and QSM
Basic
understanding of problem-solving tools and methodologies such as 8D, 5
Whys, and Ishikawa
Familiarity
with quality standards and processes, including Lessons Learned, IATF
16949, ISO 26262 (basic understanding), and coordination with the Safety
Manager
Quality
KPIs (CLR, WR, NQE/NQC, scrap rates)
Experience
with Customer Sample Release Management, System Releases, Process
Tailoring, VDA, AIAG, IMDS, and a conceptual understanding of ASPICE
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Work Experience: 5–8 years

Work Week - 5 days

Work Location: Dhankot
