Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance.
The work model for the role is: onsite
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Set up and update incoming , process& final inspection related instruction, and give training to inspectors.
- Coordinate components and process quality issues handling, facilitate internal & external quality improvement through quality data statistic, analysis.
- Involve in the NPI project and new supplier, new components/material develop project for quality planning and control.
- Responsible for investigation for customer complaint, lead corrective action setting up and following.
- Involve in internal & external audit, and follow the implementation of corrective actions.
- Participate in suppliers annual audit & PPAP, approval, and potential supplier assessment.
- Other tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications for the role
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, automation, or related field.
- Over 5 years working experience of quality control in manufacturing industry.
- Very good knowledge and experience of ISO9001:2000 and Lean 6 Sigma; ISO/TS16949 is preferred.
- Basic PC skills, Microsoft office, SAP skill is preferred.
- Frequent oral and written English.
- Good experience of problem solving and capable of leading.
