How you’ll make an impact
1. You will take responsibility for raw materials incoming inspection, ensure IQC procedure effective implementation, secure raw materials incoming quality also take responsibility for Sample verification about new raw material or new supplier import, ensure Sample inspection and verification procedure effective implementation.
2. You will cooperate with SQE in HUB NAS, take responsibility for analyzing NC raw materials from production and CCRP cases, then push supplier taking improvement action and develop an inspection plan based on drawings, inspection specifications, and other documents, and communicate it to inspectors to ensure implementation.
3. You will identify main material problem and initiate improvement project to drive supply improvement continuously and support raw materials test and verification activities for RCA and improvement.
4. You will ensure IQC inspection capability, setup necessary inspection equipment, and coordinate related outside institution, to satisfy internal/external customers’ requirements and be responsible for handling complaints from both internal and external customers.
5. You will be guiding field service engineers in addressing on-site quality issues and organizing and preparing analysis reports on quality issues, and submitting them to customers on time also organize root cause analysis of quality issues and promote cross-functional collaboration for quality improvement.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's or above, Mechanical engineering, materials science, mechatronics, or other related area.
2. Required with 3+ years of experience in incoming inspection or quality management.
3. Proficient inspection standard and familiar with quality tools. (eg, PPAP, MSA, CPK, FMEA..). L6S green belt or above is preferred.
4. Excellent multi-department cooperation skills.
5. Ability to work independently without supervision and able to handle high volumes of work.
6. Fluent in English communication.
