The role is responsible for leading and managing the organisation’s quality and compliance activities, including overseeing internal and external audits, managing audit plans, and ensuring timely resolution of non-conformities. It involves planning and implementing quality strategies, analysing performance data (KPIs, audits, complaints and compliance metrics), and driving improvement initiatives to reduce risk and enhance effectiveness. The position ensures compliance with relevant quality standards such as ISO 9001 and maintains the Alternative Heat Integrated Management System (AH-IMS) across multiple sites and projects. It also leads investigations into significant compliance or product quality issues, develops company-wide auditing and risk frameworks, and uses data analytics and risk-based thinking to support continuous improvement. In addition, the role promotes innovation and best practice in quality management, drives organisational culture and engagement initiatives, works closely with senior stakeholders, and develops a high-performing quality team through clear roles, training, and effective resourcing.
