Quality, Safety & Risk Systems and Delivery Analyst – Permanent Full-Time
Customer Risk & Governance | Sydney CBD (close to public transport)
Hybrid work model | 3 days in office, 2 days WFH/site
At Uniting, our purpose is simple but powerful: to inspire people, enliven communities, and confront injustice. Every role here contributes to something bigger — improving lives and strengthening communities.
We’re now looking for a highly capable Systems and Delivery Analyst to take ownership of a critical enterprise Quality, Safety and Risk system — driving stability, governance, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Why this role matters
This is not a passive support role.
You’ll sit at the intersection of systems, governance, and delivery, operating as a trusted expert who can take ambiguity and turn it into structured, implementable solutions. Your work will directly influence risk outcomes, system integrity, and how effectively we support the people in our care.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and collaborative team, contributing to a significant Uniting initiative with real organisational impact.
Reporting to the Risk & Compliance Systems & Data Analyst Lead, you will operate as a senior individual contributor with a high degree of autonomy.
You will:
• Own 3rd level system support, leading complex issue resolution and root cause analysis
• Drive system governance, including access control, data integrity, and compliance
• Lead requirements discovery and solution design, translating business needs into scalable outcomes
• Coordinate enhancements, fixes, and upgrades across Digital Technology and vendors
• Manage UAT/SIT, release planning, and go-live activities
• Oversee system integrations and data flows, ensuring consistency and control
• Establish user forums and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain high-quality documentation, reporting, and governance artefacts
• About you
You thrive in complexity and take ownership.
You don’t wait to be told what to do; you identify problems, shape solutions, and drive outcomes.
You will bring:
• 6+ years’ experience in enterprise systems support, delivery, or business analysis
• Strong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
• Experience managing system configuration, access governance, and master data
• Proven ability to lead UAT/SIT and release activities
• Confidence working across business, technology, and vendor stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Highly regarded:
• Experience in risk, compliance, safety, or incident management systems
• Exposure to integrations and multi-system environments
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or hybrid delivery environments
Who we are
At Uniting, we work across aged care, disability, mental health, community services, and social justice. We welcome people from all backgrounds and are committed to creating a safe, inclusive workplace for everyone.
