As the Manager of Quality, Risk and Clinical Care at Community Care TASMANIA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the organisation's quality assurance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, ensuring we continually meet and exceed industry standards. The role ensures compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, funding agreements and contractual obligations, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, accountability and participant centred care.
