Job Overview

This role focuses on Quality, Reliability, Product Validation, and Signal Integrity (SI) testing for high-speed electronic products and systems. The position supports reliability and environmental testing, SI measurements, data analysis, product qualification, failure analysis, and CAPA activities. The role also involves operating and maintaining test equipment such as oscilloscopes, TDR, and VNA, ensuring test processes comply with quality standards, and preparing technical reports for cross-functional engineering team.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform reliability and environmental testing according to approved test plans and procedures.
  • Support Signal Integrity (SI) validation and characterization activities for high-speed electronic products and systems.
  • Assist engineers in setting up and executing SI measurements using oscilloscopes, TDR, VNA, and other high-speed test equipment.
  • Collect, document, and analyze quality, reliability, and SI test data.
  • Monitor manufacturing and test processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Support product qualification, reliability demonstration testing, and life-cycle testing activities.
  • Assist in failure analysis investigations and root cause determination.
  • Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) implementation and verification.
  • Maintain test equipment, fixtures, calibration records, and laboratory documentation.
  • Prepare test reports and communicate results to Quality, Reliability, Design, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.

What your background should look like

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality, reliability, product validation, or electronics manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection methodologies and reliability testing practices.
  • Basic understanding of Signal Integrity concepts, including eye diagrams, jitter, insertion loss, return loss, impedance, and crosstalk.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in Malay & English (Able to communicate in Mandrin is preferrable)
