Quality Project Manager

The Quality Project Manager partners closely with the IQ Division Leader to drive strategic priorities, ensure operational rigor, and lead division-wide initiatives. This role is responsible for translating strategy into execution by managing planning cycles, overseeing budget governance, and enabling effective cross-functional collaboration. The Quality Project Manager serves as a central operational anchor for the division, ensuring alignment, transparency, and disciplined delivery across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Lead the development, integration, and tracking of the division’s annual and quarterly operating plans.

  • Translate strategic objectives into structured execution plans with clear milestones, KPIs, timelines, and ownership.

  • Monitor progress across teams, proactively identify risks, interdependencies, and gaps, and drive mitigation actions.

  • Produce executive-level summaries, dashboards, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Budget & Financial Governance

  • Own the division’s budget planning, forecasting, and review cycles in close partnership with section managers.

  • Track budget utilization, analyze variances, and provide clear recommendations to ensure financial discipline.

  • Maintain transparency and accountability around budget status across the division.

Division-Wide Projects & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead high-impact, division-wide initiatives from definition through delivery, including scope, work plans, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Serve as the primary coordination point for cross-functional efforts, ensuring structured communication and execution discipline.

  • Build strong partnerships with key functions across the organization to enable effective collaboration and outcomes.

Staff & Operating Cadence Management

  • Drive the division’s operating rhythm, including staff and extended staff forums, agenda planning, facilitation, and follow-up.

  • Ensure leadership alignment on priorities, risks, timelines, and dependencies.

  • Improve information flow, decision quality, and collaboration practices across teams.

Executive Partnership & Decision Support

  • Act as a trusted operational advisor to the Division Leader, supporting prioritization, structuring discussions, and preparing decision materials.

  • Represent division priorities in cross-organizational meetings and forums, as needed.

  • Provide structured analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic clarity and alignment.

Education & Experience

  • Proven experience in strategic operations, project management, or similar roles within a complex, matrixed organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple workstreams concurrently.

  • Strong background in planning, budgeting, and execution management.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in fast-paced, evolving environments.
