Position Title:
Quality & Product Development Manager
Location: Vietnam
Department: Sourcing
Reports to: Chief Creative Developer (Denmark)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-line and final inspections at company partner factories to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Provide photo/video documentation and clear reporting for all inspections and quality checks through internal system.
• Support the development and evaluation of new products and samples, including assisting with live video assessments for the DK team.
• Act as a liaison between the Danish procurement team and local production partners to ensure timelines, standards, and expectations are aligned.
• Help resolve production deviations, quality claims, or pre-shipment concerns.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in furniture manufacturing or quality control, preferably with solid wood, veneer, upholstery, or metal components.
• Familiar with in-line and final inspection practices and capable of working independently at the factory level.
• Comfortable using video to evaluate and present samples for feedback and decision-making remotely.
• Strong attention to detail, structured reporting, and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in Vietnamese
• Intermediate to High level of spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel between factories, primarily in Southern Vietnam.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with European design brands or export-oriented production.
• Understanding of technical drawings, basic measuring tools, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with international compliance/testing requirements for furniture exports.
