Job Description


The Quality Processes Specialist II ensures Right First Time delivery within the supply chain for sourcing of best-in-class product. Coaches, trains, and drives the vendor base to ensure consumer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
20-25% Participates in managing non-conformance issues, customer complaint resolution, and the close-the-loop process.

15-20% Manages CSC Strategic Product Audit Program.

10-15% Ensures the following of product performance standards, through Upstream Product Risk assessment process.

10-15% Validates bulk reproducibility of the style, and addresses potential failures caused due to design/engineering, raw materials, and manufacturing process.

5-10% Supports the QFI and VQE Empowerment programs at a factory level.

5% Ensures brand/region expectations are met.

5% Delivers Quality Readiness at a style level through an efficient VQE program.

5% Collaborates with internal stakeholders and design quality processes within Regional LO to enable best-in-class manufacturing.

5% Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 2-4 years of professional experience, and general proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.
• Travel: Substantial - 50%
• Work Schedule: Standard Hours

• Leadership: No supervisory responsibilities.

Good to have:

  • Outerwear product experience.
  • Industrial engineering experience

Typical Office: Operates in a typical office environment, routinely uses computer and other standard office equipment.

Other Physical Requirements:
Typical Office: Generally sedentary for prolonged periods, may occasionally require ability to move about or adjust/move items weighing up to 10 lbs. in all directions; Constantly requires ability to communicate with others to exchange information.
