
Role
The Senior Manager –Process Excellence role is responsible for identifying and mentoring Six Sigma & Lean projects, leading business transformation initiatives, conducting value stream mapping/process mapping, and managing large-scale transformation engagements. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in process excellence and transformation, managing automation and transformation portfolios, client-facing roles, and strong client management skills.

Job Responsibilities
( Must have)
• Identify and mentor Six Sigma & Lean projects, ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement.
• Lead business transformation initiatives by analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for Automation, Optimization and implementing effective strategies, roadmap for execution.
• Conduct value stream mapping and process mapping exercises to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage large-scale transformation engagements, ensuring effective coordination among cross-functional teams and stakeholders (incl. Senior Leaders) & ensuring seamless execution
• Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve overall business performance, as aligned to organization goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices, providing training, and encouraging employee engagement.
• Collaborate with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members on lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement techniques.

Criteria
(Must have)
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree
• Extensive hands-on experience in process excellence, Automation lifecycle and Transformation within the BPO industry, preferably in the BFS segment
• Proficiency in DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma tools, techniques, and approaches
• Strong client-facing and client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
