The Cluster Quality Process Manager is responsible for driving end to end business processes optimization through building ad sustaining all processes in line with the CMA CGM group core model and polices. This is a transversal role charged with implementing and overseeing all projects relating to internal process improvement, offshoring of tasks, digitization and innovation aimed as improving service delivery to our customers across Adriatic Cluster.

Main tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Promote and drive the implementation and alignment of the standard operating organization model within all agencies in Adriatic Cluster, by building the business processes, tools, and creating a process-minded and tools-minded way of working and thinking thereby achieving performances that are in line with the group’s expectations.
  • Drive, coordinate & facilitate system deployment projects in the region ensuring on-time deployment and successful implementation. Such projects shall include, and not limited to, studies of local processes, applications, business needs, regulations, gaps, problem resolution, facilitation, and training coordination
  • Manage alignment, implementation and promotion of the Group standard organization, processes and tools for the Agencies in the Region as per Group’s methodology and strategy (CORE MODEL ALIGNMENT), recommend organizational and process changes, aimed at streamlined and harmonized processes, resilient organizations, efficient tools, improved performances and outstanding customer service (SSC transitions, Cluster formations, APL integration, SAPHIR deployments).
  • Manage implementation of the Group IT projects (LARA, LARA CARGO, AUSTRAL, CAESAR, AGENCY FINDER, STOWMAN, PRS, QLIKVIEW, C-REPORT, EUP etc) to ensure successful and timely deployment, go live operations and adoption in the Region as per Group planning and strategy.
  • Engage and facilitate Agencies of the Region and teams to successful and timely completion of transversal projects (AGILITY, SSC TRANSITION, CLUSTER FORMATION, BOOKING, CUSTOMER SERVICE, CARGO READINESS, AGENCY PRODUCTIVITY & SIZING) as per Group planning and strategy.
  • Be the lead in identification, scoping, project planning and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities in EAF agencies in accordance with Group’s Business Improvement methodology and strategy in order to achieve goals, make organizations more efficient and resilient.
  • Perform support functions for the Agencies in the Region (escalations, access validations, IT profile requests, workarounds, best practices, requests for enhancements & services, facilitate user acceptance tests, deployments, review business processes) aimed at smooth and continuous business operation.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings, contributing to strategic and performance discussions, while providing updates on corporate projects and local iniciatives
  • Conduct regular Scorecard reviews with Agency Management, jointly analyzing perfomance gaps and supporting GM in defining mitication actions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for process-related matters within the Agency/Cluster, driving cross-functional initiatives and coordinatinf across domains.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain management
  • Proven experience as a quality assurance manager is required.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodology, tools & techniques.
  • Familiar with MS Outlook, MS Project or other project and time management software applications.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, follow up, decision-making, problem-solving, team-building, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict-management and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization; ability to explain technical features to non-technical audiences and vice-versa.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.
  • Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
  • Ability to travel abroad on assignments.
  • Effective time-management skills
