Job Description

Join a dynamic Quality and Regulatory Affairs (QARA)environment where you will play a key role in shaping how quality transformation and excellence initiatives are delivered across the organization. This global role offers high visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to build and strengthen a professional PMO setup that directly supports strategic quality priorities.

You will act as a central driver of execution excellence — ensuring that quality initiatives are not only planned well, but delivered with structure, transparency, and measurable impact.


More about the role

  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end portfolio of Quality Excellence and cross-functional QARA transformation initiatives
  • Establish and further develop a structured Quality PMO framework aligned with QARA governance and strategy
  • Drive project execution including planning, milestone tracking, dependency and risk management across multiple initiatives
  • Ensure transparent portfolio performance tracking through dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting
  • Facilitate governance forums such as project reviews, steering committees, and decision-making meetings
  • Act as a key coordination hub between Quality Excellence, QARA functions, and Operations PMO
  • Champion continuous improvement in PMO ways of working, tools, and execution standards

More about you

  • Strong hands-on experience in PMO / project management in complex, multi-project, multi-site, cross-functional environments
  • Education in Engineering, Science, Business or related fields is considered an advantage
  • Experience in regulated or highly structured industries (e.g. Medical Devices, Pharma, or similar)
  • Solid project execution skills: planning, tracking, risk & issue management, and delivery oversight
  • Experience with governance frameworks, senior stakeholder reporting, and KPI/dashboard management
  • Exposure to transformation, change management, or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence and align stakeholders at different levels
  • Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset with strong execution focus
  • English fluency (additional languages such as German or Spanish are an advantage)
