Huawei's Ohm Research Center (Nuremberg) is responsible for Advanced Technology Research, Architecture Evolution Design and Strategic Technology Planning.

Join us as a

Quality & Operations Assistant via Leased Labor (18-month) (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Establish and optimize quality operation processes to ensure project quality standards

• Monitor project risks during project execution and help to improve

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues

• Develop and maintain operation management documentation and standards

• Support internal and external audits

• Drive continuous quality improvement and operational efficiency

Your areas of expertise

• Educational Background Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering related majors or other similar study background

• Work Experience Ideally 1+ years in Engineering R&D domain (Renewables) or 1+ years in quality operations work in other fields

• Language Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. German language skills would be a plus.

• Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture and openness for an international working environment

  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Proactive and solution oriented

• Personal Attributes

  • Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.

  • Strong teamwork and cross-department communication skills.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
