Job Description

Scope and Purpose:

  • Drive Regional Quality Excellence:
    • Lead and develop the MEA Quality Organization by setting strategic quality goals, managing product and supply chain quality in line with CTCS standards, and ensuring customer feedback drives continuous improvement.
  • Own and Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS):
    • Oversee implementation, certification, and auditing of ISO 45001/14001, ensuring compliance with regulatory and CTCS requirements through effective standards, processes, and management reviews.
  • Strengthen Quality Performance & Culture:
    • Implement robust quality processes, performance indicators, and data-driven improvements while fostering a strong quality culture across projects, services, and installed base through reporting, monitoring, and training.
  • Promote Health, Safety & Environmental Excellence:
    • Safeguard workplace health and safety through risk assessments, inspections, incident reviews, and training, ensuring full compliance with legal and organizational HSE standards.

Key Result Areas & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the quality organization in the region MEA
    • Develop goals and tasks in accordance with the MEA management
    • Be regional quality head, develop and present its value to the organization
    • Develop and lead the quality management for products and supply chain in accordance with CTCS guidelines
    • Liaise closely with sales, service and project management teams to collect and analyze customer feedback on quality
  • Integrated Management System (IMS)
    • Be responsible, implement, manage and maintain the certifications (ISO 45001/ 14001) in the organization
    • Perform and manage internal and external audits assuring the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System as per applicable regulatory agencies
    • Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures that align with CTCS regulatory to support the complete lifecycle of our CTCS products and services
    • Ensure Management Reviews of Quality through strategic reporting
  • General Quality Management
    • Implement and maintain processes and the organization needed to ensure stable quality regarding installed base, projects and services
    • Develop and implement Quality reporting and continuous evaluation and improvement of Performance Indicators and their value to the organization
    • Monitor and analyze quality metrics and performance indicators to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
    • Use data-driven insights to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement
    • Stay updated with relevant standards, ensuring the organization's compliance with IMS requirements. Enhance quality culture by regular reporting and training
  • Additional Responsibility as Health & Safety Officer
    • Ensure workplace safety and compliance by implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies in line with legal and organizational standards.
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks through regular inspections, incident investigations, and proactive hazard prevention measures.
    • Promote a strong safety culture by delivering training, raising awareness, and driving continuous improvement in health and safety practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Proven relevant professional experience in Management Systems, with a focus on product-/supplier quality, EHS and processes
  • Good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills, combined with high initiative and resilience
  • Ability to work in a global team
  • High level of social skills and communication abilities
