Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Quality Multifamily Manager (Level K) to join the 777 CI&R Quality team in Everett, WA on 1st shift
This position will be responsible for management of the 777 CI&R Quality Core team comprised of Quality Systems Specialists who provide Program and Quality Leadership with Data and Analytics.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages salaried team providing data, analysis, and insights to program and functional leadership.
Works cross functionally to develop and maintain automated reports and KPIs.
Monitors KPIs to identify potential risks and issues.
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance.
Provides education and coaching on the Quality and Safety Management System.
Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications
3 + years of proficiency-level experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
1 + years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS)
1 + years of experience with Safety Management System (SMS)
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within aerospace/defense supply chains.
Experience managing supplier transitions, change management, or supplier development programs
Demonstrated record of implementing successful supplier improvement plans
Experience managing multicultural suppliers, teams and stakeholders
Typical Education & Experience
College degree or equivalent preferred.
