Inspection of inbound material and sub weldments from vendors process material through companies MRB program
Actively observe and promote BWise safety standards
Visually inspect quality of different material received in. ex. Full length structural steel and tubing, sheet steel and sub weldments trailer components
Process material through the company’s MRB processes
Must have forklift and basic measuring tool experience, tape measure and gauges
Must be able to read prints
Other duties assigned by department manager.
Lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and squatting frequently.
Standing for 8-10 hours daily.
BWISE Trailers manufactures as many of their parts as possible in-house: including cylinders and hoists. We have a 414,000+ square foot state-of-the-art facility with lasers, press brakes, CNC machining equipment and powder coating application booths and ovens. The company currently employs around 100 employees and is constantly designing new trailers and looking for ways to improve existing models. BWISE Trailers phosphate washes and primes every trailer with a powder primer and then it gets top coated with a very durable powder coat finish baked at 400 degrees. We offer a standard 5-year warranty on all trailers manufactured.
