Job Description

Company Background:
Our client is a leading-integrated Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider. It offers one-stop manufacturing solutions including plastic injection moulding, PCB assembly, automated assembly, finishing, final packaging, and logistics. Headquartered in Senai, Johor, Our client has manufacturing facilities across Malaysia, China, Indonesia & Vietnam, employing over 12,000 people, and serves global customers in Europe, Japan, and the U.S. with high-value manufacturing & ODM/OEM solutions.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure subordinates carry out QC activities as per established procedures.
  • Ensure inspection plans & method as specified in inspection checklist are carried out accordingly.
  • Monitor quality trends & make improvements plan for implementations.
  • Liaise with internal related personnel & customer on all quality issue.-Organize, upgrading and motivate team towards quality objective.
  • Participate in new project, high failure rate in line & experimentation and evaluation when needed to improve product quality.
    

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Degree in Engineering or any related field-At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • MS Office, Presentation Package-Applicants must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
