Then come and join our global team as Quality Manager SCM (f/m/d) to ensure the quality of components across the global supply chain and actively contribute to the continuous development of our quality standards in Supply Chain Management.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

This position is part-time with 30 hours per week.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You independently support employees in Supply Chain Management (SCM) on quality-related topics concerning components used in our XP products.
  • You support the planning and implementation of normative, regulatory, and legal requirements throughout the entire SCM process for components.
  • You contribute to the processing and tracking of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and help drive the sustainable improvement of processes.
  • You support the analysis of quality deviations and help derive and implement appropriate corrective measures to address root causes.
  • You coach SCM employees involved in component manufacturing on quality awareness and quality requirements.
  • You apply quality management guidelines and support the assurance of their compliance.
  • You actively contribute to the continuous development of quality-related processes and standards within the SCM environment.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Medical Technology, or a comparable technical qualification.
  • You have initial to several years of professional experience in Quality Management and Supply Chain Management.
  • You are familiar with relevant quality management methods and quality processes within the SCM environment.
  • You have initial experience in a regulated environment, preferably in MedTech or within an international corporate environment.
  • You have a good understanding of regulatory requirements in Quality Management.
  • You have an interest in the continuous improvement of processes and in quality-oriented collaboration across the supply chain.

Your attributes and skills:

  • For collaboration with our national and international colleagues, you are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • With your strong analytical skills, you challenge existing processes and contribute to their optimization through your independent and goal-oriented way of working.
  • You impress with a structured and solution-oriented approach as well as a high level of quality awareness.
  • You possess strong communication skills and are able to convey complex topics in a manner appropriate to the target audience.
  • Personally, you stand out through your decision-making ability, sense of responsibility, and initiative.
  • You enjoy working in a team and fostering a trusting and constructive collaboration across organizational boundaries.
