The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Quality Manager – Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to lead product quality activities across the entire product lifecycle, from innovation and new product development through to commercialisation, ongoing product improvements, change management, and product discontinuation.

This is a pivotal leadership role, leading a team of 7, responsible for ensuring our products continue to meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and consumer safety.

This is a permanent role, based at either our two Warriewood or Surry Hills offices. Please note, travel between the two sites will be required.

What you will be doing

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Product Lifecycle Quality team, fostering capability, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide quality leadership across new product development, product changes, reformulations, packaging updates, and ongoing lifecycle management activities.
  • Review and approve product specifications, artwork, packaging components, and associated quality documentation.
  • Own and govern the Product Change Control program, ensuring effective risk assessment, compliance, and implementation of product changes.

Who are you?

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Quality, Manufacturing, Food Science, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience within a regulated GMP environment, within pharmaceuticals, complementary medicines, food, or consumer healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), GMP requirements, product quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing product specifications, change control, quality reviews, investigations, and risk management activities.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to TGA inspections, supplier audits, customer audits, or external manufacturer quality management.
  • Experience developing quality metrics, KPIs, trend reporting, and management review inputs.
  • Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality risk management tools.
