In der Position als Quality Manager (w/m/d) berichten Sie direkt unsere Geschäftsführung und verantworten das Qualitätsmanagementsystem nach DIN EN 9100 für unseren Standort in Bremerhaven Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Qualitätsprozesse wirksam umgesetzt werden, leiten das Qualitätsmanagementteam und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zu internen und externen Stakeholdern.
Organisation, Planung und Leitung des Qualitätsmanagementsystemsgemäß DIN EN 9100
Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der im Qualitätsmanagementhandbuchdefinierten Grundsätze und Anforderungen
Verantwortung für die Entwicklung, Pflege und Dokumentation des QM‑Systems
Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Begleitung interner und externer Audits
Analyse von Fehlerursachen sowie Definition und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Fehlervermeidung
Führung und Weiterentwicklung der zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden
Mitarbeit in Projekten und Qualitätszirkeln
Jährliche direkte Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung über Wirksamkeit und Einhaltung des QM‑Systems
Ausbildung als Technikerin oder Meisterin in Elektro‑, Luft‑ oder Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Alternativ technische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik, Fluggeräteelektronik)mit entsprechender beruflicher Weiterbildung
Abgeschlossene Schulungen/Zertifikate:Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragte*r,Luftrecht, Interner/Externer Auditor nach 9100
Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung als Führungskraft im Qualitätsmanagement
Sicherer Umgang mit QM‑Systemen und -Methoden sowie technischer Dokumentation
Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise ERP‑Systemen
Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und gute Englischkenntnisse
Offene und proaktive Kommunikation, ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Entscheidungsfähigkeit
