Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee quality control processes for footwear production, ensuring inspections at different stages.
• Supervise product testing and conduct detailed inspections of materials and finished footwear.
• Detect defects, collaborate with teams to resolve issues, and prevent recurrence.
• Continuously monitor and enhance quality control systems, recommending process improvements.
• Manage and train the quality control team.
• Ensure compliance with standards, prepare reports, and stay informed about global quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience in quality control in the footwear industry, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
• Certification related to quality control tools.
• Experience with product testing and quality assessment techniques.
