Position: Quality Manager - Construction

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quality Manager with a background in construction to join our team at Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for construction projects

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards

- Monitor construction progress and identify any potential quality issues

- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address and resolve quality issues

- Train and educate project teams on quality standards and procedures

- Develop and maintain quality documentation and records

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues from recurring

- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant standards

- Communicate with clients and contractors to address any quality concerns or issues

- Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and regulations

- Experience with quality control processes and procedures

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality

- Proven track record of implementing and driving quality improvement initiatives.
