The company operates multiple production facilities worldwide and supplies coating technologies used across industrial, construction, and consumer applications. The Thailand operation serves as an important manufacturing hub supporting regional markets in Asia. The site operates within a structured manufacturing environment with strong emphasis on operational discipline, regulatory compliance, and consistent product quality.
As part of ongoing leadership development within the plant, the organization is now seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the sites quality function and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Your Role
The Quality Manager will lead the plants quality organization and ensure the integrity of all quality management systems, manufacturing quality processes, and customer complaint investigations. This role operates at the intersection of production, engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams, ensuring that product quality standards are consistently maintained while supporting operational efficiency. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing root cause investigations, strengthening process discipline on the production floor, and maintaining compliance with international quality standards within a multi-product manufacturing environment.
