In Shanghai, you'll play a key role in shaping quality performance across the site. You'll have the opportunity to lead investigations, drive improvement programmes, strengthen customer confidence, and work closely with operational and leadership teams to raise standards across manufacturing.

The Role

This is a hands-on quality leadership role where you'll have the freedom to influence how things are done.

You'll be trusted to identify risks, solve recurring issues, improve systems, and help the business move from reacting to problems to preventing them. Whether you're leading customer complaint investigations, supporting product launches, or improving the effectiveness of the quality management system, you'll have a direct impact on operational success.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Lead and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System
• Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and related standards
• Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions for production and quality issues
• Lead customer complaint investigations and prepare 8D reports
• Support APQP activities, quality planning and PPAP submissions
• Develop and maintain quality control plans, inspection standards and work instructions
• Analyse quality performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering and customer-facing teams to resolve problems quickly and effectively
• Coordinate warranty and aftermarket quality issues, ensuring customers receive timely updates and resolutions
• Report quality performance, risks and improvement activities to site leadership

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

• At least 5 years' experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ideally CRCC requirements
• Experience using APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and other core quality tools
• A structured approach to problem-solving using methodologies such as Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Why and PDCA
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful actions
• Experience leading improvement initiatives and influencing cross-functional teams
• Team leadership or people management experience
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• A practical mindset and the confidence to challenge the status quo when improvements are needed

您将负责什么

在这个岗位上，您将成为工厂质量管理工作的核心推动者，与生产、工程、供应链及客户紧密合作，推动产品质量提升和流程优化。

您将会：

• 负责质量管理体系的维护与持续改进，确保体系有效运行并满足相关标准要求
• 策划并实施内部审核，识别改进机会并推动落实
• 向管理层汇报质量绩效及改善进展
• 主导生产过程中的不符合项分析与处理，推动纠正与预防措施落地
• 运用8D、5Why、PDCA、Six Sigma等方法开展根因分析和问题解决
• 参与或主导客户投诉调查及8D报告编制
• 负责APQP活动支持及PPAP文件准备
• 制定和更新质量检验标准及作业指导书
• 协调售后质量问题和保修件处理，确保客户获得及时响应
• 与跨职能团队合作，持续提升产品质量和制造过程能力

• 5年以上制造业质量管理相关经验
• 熟悉ISO 9001、IATF 16949，具备CRCC体系经验者优先
• 熟练运用APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC等核心质量工具
• 具备丰富的问题分析与解决经验
• 熟悉8D、5Why、PDCA、Six Sigma等持续改善方法
• 较强的数据分析和统计分析能力
• 良好的英语听说读写能力
• 优秀的沟通协调能力，能够与内部团队及客户有效合作
• 具备团队管理或团队领导经验
• 结果导向，善于推动问题落地解决
