Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Establish, implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure product quality, process quality and KPI achievement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across Quality and Plant operations, driving operational excellence and quality culture.
• Reduce internal and external quality deviations through root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage customer, third-party, vendor and regulatory quality audits, while leading internal audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory requirements, including HACCP, FSSC 22000 and applicable local regulations.
• Oversee quality requirements for new products, process changes and supplier quality management, ensuring successful implementation.
• Lead and develop QA/QC laboratory operations to ensure raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates and finished products meet quality standards.
• Build and develop a high-performing QA/QC team through coaching, performance management, capability development and succession planning.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in food, pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industries, including at least 3 years of people leadership experience in Quality Management.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety regulations and quality management systems such as FSSC 22000, BRC or AIB.
• Proven experience in managing quality systems, audits, compliance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of food processing, manufacturing processes, product quality standards and customer requirements.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
