In this role, it is important to work in line with DAT-Schaub’s core principles of Totality, Talent, Ambition, Trust, and Followership This means taking ownership, working collaboratively across functions, communicating openly, and supporting the continuous improvement of our operations.
As a Quality Technician, you will support the execution of quality, food safety, and compliance activities at site level.
Working closely with Production, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, you will help ensure that products, processes, and documentation comply with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.
This is a hands-on operational role focused on quality control, inspections, audits preparation, documentation, deviation management, and continuous improvement activities.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working close to operations and takes pride in ensuring that products and processes meet the highest quality standards.
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. You enjoy solving problems, investigating issues, and working collaboratively to find practical solutions.
