We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality Manager, based in Green Valley plant, Quimistan, Santa Barbara, Honduras(E-Systems Division).

As a Quality Control Manager will have the opportunity to coordinate compliance with quality systems based on the quality standard by verifying the systems and executing follow-up audits. Reporting directly to the Regional Quality Manager.

Responsibilities

Your Task will be:

  • Ensure compliance with plant quality systems.
  • Plan and coordinate the development of performance improvement strategies, systematic and preventive actions.
  • Check that the design of quality systems complies with the IATF16949 quality standard, customer requirements, Lear, and SOX procedures.
  • Prepare documentation of quality records.
  • Document findings and close actions.
  • Quality control activity management.
  • Customer presentations for quality issues.
  • Prepares and analyzes internal quality reports for management staff review.
  • Management of engineering changes and customer complaints.
  • Tracking new releases.

Education Requirements

Industrial, Mechanic, Electric and Mechatronics Engineer.

Experience Requirements

More than 3 years as Quality Manager or related within the automotive manufacturing industry (wiring harnesses preferred).

Certifications / Licenses

  • AIAG core tools, IATF16949, six sigma, quality control, quality systems, assurance, who knows specific requirements of automotive customers, preferably GM & Ford as OEM.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Capacity of analysis, communication and organizational skills, strictness in achieving goals/ deadlines, synthesis, and decision abilities.

Languages

English proficient.
