Job Description

Quality Manager

Are you a Quality leader who thrives on ensuring products meet the highest manufacturing and code compliance standards? Do you enjoy leading quality systems, developing people, and serving as the technical authority for complex fabricated equipment?

A growing custom manufacturing organization in Tonawanda, NY is seeking a Quality Manager to lead its quality assurance function. This full-time position offers a salary range of $95,000–$120,000, depending on experience, along with competitive benefits and the opportunity to play a critical leadership role within a highly engineered manufacturing environment.

The ideal Quality Manager candidate has experience leading quality programs within pressure vessel, heat exchanger, industrial fabrication, or other ASME-regulated manufacturing environments and enjoys building systems, mentoring teams, and driving operational excellence. This is a full-time, 100% onsite position in Tonawanda, NY.
