As the Quality Manager, you will lead the site quality function, ensuring products consistently meet customer, regulatory, and internal standards. You will own the quality management system, drive continuous improvement, and build a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility.
You will lead a quality team that is deeply integrated with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure every product meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and compliance.
•Lead and develop the site quality team to meet quality objectives and customer expectations
•Own and continuously improve the quality management system (QMS) to maintain compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, or other applicable standards
•Drive root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and structured problem-solving
•Oversee internal, customer, and regulatory audits and management reviews
•Establish and monitor quality metrics (defect rates, yield, cost of quality, customer complaints)
•Serve as the primary contact for customer quality concerns and escalations
•Partner with supply chain to manage supplier quality and incoming material quality
•Support new product introduction to ensure quality is built in from the start
•Champion a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
•5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, including team leadership
•Working knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949) and quality systems
•Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, and audit management
•Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
•Certified Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, or Lead Auditor certification
•Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, medical device, or electronics manufacturing
•Proficiency with Lean Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC)
•Working knowledge of ERP and QMS platforms
