Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Develop and maintain Quality and Food Safety Management Systems (GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC, AIB) aligned with company and regulatory standards
• Manage quality documentation (manuals, SOPs, work instructions) and ensure proper document control
• Define and execute quality strategy, objectives, budgets, and resource planning aligned to business goals
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, customer requirements, and certification standards; lead all audits and CAPA actions
• Oversee quality control processes, including lab testing, equipment calibration, and approval of product documentation (specs, COAs, SDS)
• Handle customer quality matters, including complaints, root cause investigations, and corrective/preventive actions
• Manage supplier quality programs, including vendor development, performance metrics, and incoming material compliance
• Lead risk management activities such as traceability, mock recalls, allergen control, labeling accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive training, quality culture, and regional/global collaboration to standardize practices and share best practices

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineer, food science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in quality and food safety management within food, flavor, or ingredient manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and international quality standards.
• Experience managing customer and certification audits.
• Strong communication, analytical, and attention to detail skills.

How Would You Stand Out?

• HACCP Led, FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 Lead Auditor certification.
• Experience with multinational FMCG or flavor companies.
• Exposure to regional or multi-site quality roles.
