Molex is seeking a Quality Manager with optical fiber experience to service our Global ODM customer.

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

1. Ensure suppliers material incoming quality meet requirement.
2. Customer quality assurance and external audit compliance.
3. Internal quality control meet ISO9000 requirement.

What You Will Do (Job Description)

1. Managing ISO9000 management system.
2. Supplier chain quality management.
3. Ensure all product meet customer quality requirement.
4. Product quality and reliability management in advance product design, all process.
5. Deal with the customer line audit and follow the customer findings.
6. Deal with the RMA and follow the action items implement.

SCOPE:

1. Ensure all activities are complied with procedure requirement from supplier, internal process and customer.
2. Ensure product quality and reliability from design and development to internal process is met customer requirements.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

EDUCATION: BS degree in engineering or management or equivalent.

PREFERRED: Master's Degree

1. At least 5 years’ experience in quality and products management.
2. Knowledge in IS09001 and IS014000
3. Familiar with ISO or experienced on customer audit host

What Will Put You Ahead

1. Familiar with optical and subsystem products process.
2. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
3. Good teamwork, ownership, initiative, with a sense of urgency.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Business Level English
