The Quality Manager ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality cans, bottles and ends in a continuous operation manufacturing environment. This role provides leadership and mentorship to a quality team across all shifts, fostering accountability, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement. The Quality Manager drives standardization, problem-solving, and process optimization while partnering closely with production to meet customer quality requirements. The role is responsible for managing customer specifications, investigating complaints, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Strategic alignment of plant quality goals with broader business objectives, effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers, and clear, transparent communication with employees, management, and stakeholders are critical to success.

What are we looking for?
Work Environment: This role requires full on-site presence at our Ejpovice plant.
Hiring Rate: from 1,050,000 - 1,512,000 CZK gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks.
Bonus Plan: This position is eligible to participate in Ball’s annual incentive compensation program.
