Job Description

Want to be a part of Asia Pacific & Middle East's (APME) largest, most innovative, and rapidly growing data centre company?

AirTrunk is a technology company with a powerful purpose - to scale and sustain the relentless growth of the region’s digital future. We do this by continuously redefining and delivering hyperscale data centres that meet the needs of our customers - the world’s most transformational companies. And we’re doing so sustainably, for today and tomorrow.

Having opened Australia’s first and largest hyperscale data centres in 2017, we set our eyes on rapid expansion and now operate a platform of hyperscale data centres across the APME region. With backing from our investors, including Blackstone, this is just the beginning…

Come join the A-Team at AirTrunk, where the cloud meets the ground.

This role is responsible for enterprise-wide quality governance and control of Owner Supplied Equipment (OSE), ensuring supplier quality standards, inspection requirements, traceability records, and corrective action processes are consistently applied across regions. The position drives quality assurance from factory through delivery, installation, and handover, while supporting audit readiness, digital quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Quality Assurance & Control

  • Establish and maintain enterprise OSE quality standards, supplier requirements, and verification checkpoints aligned to global quality standards.
  • Define risk-based supplier quality controls, factory inspection requirements, and evidence expectations.
  • Support audit readiness through standardised evidence packs, quality records, and continuous improvement initiatives.

QMS Digitalisation

  • Lead the digitalisation of quality management systems across platforms including Procore, Visibuild, and Smartsheet.
  • Develop workflows for inspections, NCR/CAR management, audit actions, and handover documentation.
  • Drive system configuration standards, reporting dashboards, and user adoption across regions.

Documentation Management

  • Govern enterprise documentation standards, including naming conventions, metadata, retention, and traceability requirements.
  • Improve handover quality records, version control, and auditability in partnership with Document Control teams.
  • Ensure quality records, inspections, defects, and corrective actions remain searchable and traceable across systems.

Audit & Assurance

  • Maintain audit-ready quality processes, including supplier verification requirements and evidence standards.
  • Monitor audit findings, identify systemic issues, and implement enterprise-wide improvements.
  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting and quality governance aligned to ISO 9001 and AirTrunk standards.

Change Management

  • Develop training materials, user guides, and onboarding resources for quality systems and workflows.
  • Deliver capability uplift sessions for project teams, contractors, suppliers, and regional stakeholders.
  • Monitor system adoption and data quality, coordinating improvements and refresher training where required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years’ experience in construction quality, supplier QA/QC, or enterprise quality systems within data centres, critical infrastructure, or large-scale technical environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management principles and audit readiness practices.
  • Experience managing OSE or major technical equipment packages, including inspections, traceability, handover, and supplier quality assurance.
  • Proven capability in risk-based inspection programs, NCR/CAR management, and corrective action processes.
  • Experience with digital quality platforms such as Procore, Visibuild, Smartsheet, or equivalent systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across regional teams, contractors, suppliers, and delivery partners.
