A full-time Quality Manager is required for a state-of-the-art confectionery facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field, with expertise in QMS, FSSC, ISO, IFS, and import-export compliance. This role is critical for maintaining high standards of food quality, regulatory compliance, and safety throughout the facility's production processes. A deep understanding of quality frameworks and audit protocols in the confectionery or food industry is essential.

Job Title: Quality Manager - Confectionery Facility (Full-Time)

Location: Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai

Salary Range: AED 16,000 - 20,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement quality assurance and food safety systems

• Ensure compliance with local and international food regulations

• Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external certification bodies

• Lead the continuous improvement of quality processes and documentation

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a related field

• 15+ years of experience in the food industry, ideally in confectionery

• Strong command over food safety management systems (QMS, ISO, etc.)

• Male candidates preferred
