Job Description

Teleste’s Quality organization acts as a proactive business partner, driving quality excellence across projects, products, and operations. It focuses on creating value by safeguarding customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance, and supporting business success through structured quality practices.

The organization leads non‑conformance resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with R&D, Projects, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service. By combining systematic problem solving with data‑driven insights and close customer collaboration, the Quality organization continuously improves processes, tools, and ways of working to deliver reliable, high‑quality solutions throughout the product and project lifecycle.


We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our team in Tampere or Forssa, Finland. You will be member of the quality team.

As a quality manager, you are responsible of:

  • Own and drive project quality activities including quality plans and requirements, and FAI/iFAI

  • Support projects in quality topics, customer interactions, and negotiations

  • Lead non-conformance management, including customer NCRs and internal reporting

  • Facilitate systematic problem-solving and follow‑up of corrective actions

  • Manage quality reporting, targets, risks, and improvement actions

  • Act as an internal auditor and support internal, system, and quality development initiatives

Following are also essential to succeed in your work:

  • Solid experience in quality engineering or project quality in an industrial environment

  • Strong understanding of FAI/iFAI, NCR processes, and root cause analysis

  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with projects, production, service, and customers

  • Customer-oriented mindset with confidence in external communication

  • Structured, proactive way of working with strong analytical skills

  • Capability to drive improvements independently and manage multiple topics in parallel

  • Fluent English communication skills (Finnish is an advantage)
