Responsibilities:

• Implement and refine quality control and reliability techniques to achieve superior product quality.
• Collaborate closely with Process Engineering on process improvement initiatives.
• Support the successful execution of prototype builds and data collection.
• Motivate and inspire your team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping systems.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including internal teams and external customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven management experience with demonstrably strong leadership skills.
• Prior experience in the automotive manufacturing industry (mid- to senior-level preferred).
• Six Sigma certification a plus.
