The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Quality Manager to join our team. In this role you will oversee the implementation of quality strategies, standards, and practices within the Factory to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Adapt global quality methodologies to local conditions and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Lead quality processes and audits while fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance product and service quality.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Overseeing adherence to HSE regulations in all quality activities.
  • Executing BU, GPG, Product Line and HUB quality strategies.
  • Defining and implementing the factory Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
  • Leading and coordinating all Quality Management System, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control and Testing processes and activities in the factory.
  • Ensuring resources and training for quality management system management, quality assurance and control are in place.
  • Capturing and analyzing customer feedback and internal quality issues.
  • Promoting awareness of compliance obligations throughout the factory.
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality management system performance data.
  • Coordinating internal and external quality audits.
  • Leading factory strategic quality improvement initiatives and risk assessments.
  • Initiating and driving corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicating quality performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on quality improvements and objectives.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a
  • manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels and foster a culture of quality excellence across the organization.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
