You are responsible for the maintenance and proactive further development of the quality & hygiene measures and systems in the factory in accordance with the ISO standards and the requirements of the Principal Model.
Key Responsibilities:
• You develop and maintain plant based technical standards based on quality and food safety • You manage internal processes including certification program, sampling plan and customer audits • You direct, control and address problems regarding raw materials, ODMs and coils
• You ensure that all operations within the department/plant are carried out in compliance with all necessary legal, hygiene and quality requirements
• You drive Statistical Process Control in the plant
• You create and develop your quality team
• You Support the plant manager in setting local goals that are consistent with the strategic goals
• You are responsible for the Management systems in plants: Quality 9001 and Food Safety 22000 & ISO/TS 22002-4 and ensure that they are up-to-date
• You manage customer and supplier relationships and their quality through personal meetings, audits and complaints received
• You are responsible for all cost and budget controls within the quality department
• You introduce and develop preventive quality procedures
• You are responsible for maintenance, further development and introduction of changes to the relevant ISO systems and other internal management systems
• As a system coordinator, you maintains and develops the IMS
Requirements:
• Technical background, optimal: Degree as an engineer for food technology • Fluent English in writing and language • Language skills in other European languages are an advantage
• MS Office, ideally with SAP and QA systems
• Lean six sigma - tools
