Title: Quality Manager

Industry: Garment Factory

The Quality Manager oversees all quality processes in the garment factory, ensuring adherence to standards and resolving quality issues. This role involves managing the quality team, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring smooth product transitions from development to production. Strong experience in the garment industry and excellent communication skills are required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee product quality coordination and ensure adherence to quality processes.
• Collaborate with departments (Fab Inspection, RMW, PE, Engineering) to resolve quality issues.
• Participate in pre-production for new styles and ensure smooth style integration.
• Train QAEs and manage their performance.
• Conduct daily meetings, address issues, and solve major quality problems.
• Set targets and evaluate section performance.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of garment industry experience.
• Strong communication in English & Khmer.
• Honest, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Computer literate.
