We are currently looking for a Quality Manager to be based out of our Lomondgate site in Dumbarton.

This newly created role brings best-in-class end to end quality in systems, processes and our products. Delivering our products at the right quality on time and to our standards are critical to our operations and our customer requirements.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop a team of quality engineers, technicians and inspectors.
  • Ensure sustainable implementation of high standard Quality Management Systems end to end processes and audits and ensure high standards of assurance.
  • Own the reporting of the “Cost of Poor Quality” in all our processes and delivery of efficiencies and reduction of these events.
  • Lead and develop the quality standards from up and down stream process to ensure increased production quality.
  • Responsible for quality, ISO and audits, lead and close out of any actions, NC’s or MNC.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience within a quality vertical from a production/manufacturing/engineering environment.
  • A team player with excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of working within ISO9001 quality management standards (ISO45001/50001 would be beneficial).
  • Industry experience of Production Control and Control Measures.
  • Present a keen eye for details and a passion for continuous improvement.
