An intermediate level management position in which the incumbent has the responsibility for directly managing the on-shore quality assurance review staff as well as monitoring the off-shore quality review staff. This includes monitoring reviewer quality and production for all audit products. Ultimate responsibility is to ensure consistent quality of audit products along with proper production of the review staff. This will be done consistent with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Performance manage quality assurance reviewers for production, quality, and time service. Manage review inventory so that turnaround time SLA�s are met. Perform quality reviews on all types of work, both physical and phone. Work with managers and customers to assist in crafting appropriate quality improvement plans where needed. Conduct CTC (reviewer checking) work as necessary on both offshore and on shore reviewers. Oversee onshore CTC reviewer and track and trends CTC results.
Graduate in any discipline Band C: Premium Audit knowledge - 5+ years; Management experience - 4+years;
