Quality Manager
Locations: Site-based at Spata, East Attica
Reports: Project Construction Manager
As Quality Manager, the Consultant is responsible for ensuring a consistent approach to quality assurance and control that aligns with the Client’s Quality Requirements Specification and standards and ISO 9001 principles.
The quality manager reports to the project construction manager for the project supporting the strategy of the data center project. The consultant will be a professional experienced in delivering best-in-class large-scale projects.
Attend and support site meetings as may be required, ensuring that the client’s team is fully informed
Undertake regular site walks to promote and observe safety and progress. Report and track any corrective actions through to timely completion.

Manage and monitor construction quality performance, audit compliance, and coordinate between the General Contractor (GC), Client, AE, Cx, and Operations teams.
Implement a unified quality governance structure.
Ensure adherence to the client’s quality expectations and local regulatory standards.
Maintain transparency and traceability of all quality processes, documentation, and issue management through ACMS.
QMS verification and audits
Site surveillance and field quality inspections
ITP and QMP implementation tracking
ACMS issue and NCR management
Internal Environmental control verification (Equipment Protection)
FOD (Foreign Object Debris) management
Vendor/offsite manufacturing audits (CFCI)
Turnover documentation reviews (aligned to the client’s Quality Requirements Specification and standards)
A university degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or supervisory role
Previous experience in Data Centers projects.
ISO 9001: Training and certifications related to this international quality management standard are essential.
Strong organizational skills.
Professional knowledge of the English language
The candidate should be based in or be eligible to work in Greece and be fluent in the Greek language
